Along with Tony Gadd (my father and co-writer) and of course Copper, I have the privilege of hosting Gong Fu Poets, a spoken word poetry night with a difference. It’s taken place in some of Durham’a most beautiful buildings, my old haunt, The Wabi-Sabi Academy included. Featuring disabled poets (including myself and Award Winner Lisette Auton) and feminists of all genders, we are pro equality and good tea.
